This new service is designed to meet the growing demand for precision coating solutions, offering both functional corrosion protection and a clean aesthetic finish for a wide range of industrial components.

One of the key advantages of zinc electroplating lies in its suitability for threaded fasteners such as bolts and nuts. In hot-dip galvanizing, the thick zinc layer—often higher than 85 microns—can clog threads, preventing proper assembly and requiring additional processes like rethreading. Zinc electroplating avoids this issue by depositing a much thinner and uniform coating (typically 8–12 microns), allowing the fasteners to lock properly without compromising fit or strength.

Additionally, our zinc electroplating process is finished with a blue passivated surface, which not only enhances corrosion resistance but also gives the product a sleek, professional appearance suitable for visible or exposed applications.
